**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** 07:00 TO 16:00 MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 07:00 TO 11:00 (44 HOURS PER WEEK)

The professional will be responsible for:
* Collecting biological samples (blood, urine, oral swab, among others) using proper technique, safety, and patient-centered care;
* Handling biological samples with a focus on traceability and risk management, in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs);
* Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results, contributing to diagnostic quality;
* Maintaining an organized and sanitized laboratory environment, performing proper disposal of biological and chemical waste in compliance with current regulations;
* Assisting in the preparation of reports and technical documents, collaborating with the clinical analysis team;
* Participating in technical training and continuous updates, staying aligned with industry best practices;
* Working synergistically with the multidisciplinary team, providing technical support and clarifying questions regarding laboratory procedures.
**Requirements:*** Completed qualification as a Clinical Analysis Technician or Laboratory Technician;
* Practical experience in sample collection within high-standard private settings;
* Excellence in performing specialized tests, including:
* DNA testing collection (saliva, swab, blood);
* Neonatal screening (heel prick test);
* Gynecological preventive exam (Pap smear);
* Toxicological collections (various matrices).
Additional qualifications that will be considered:
* Experience with the Bitlab system;
* Strong communication skills, empathy, and professional demeanor when interacting with patients;
* Organization, agility, and focus on sample safety and patient experience.
