Diagnosis of complex failures in trucks Job Description: We are seeking a professional to work as a Truck Technical Consultant, responsible for delivering high-quality technical service to customers and providing accurate solutions for maintenance, repairs, and vehicle-related guidance. About the position * Commission-based salary; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * TotalPass; * Partnerships with educational institutions. * Monday to Friday (business hours); Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Automotive Engineering, Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in heavy vehicles/trucks. * Strong communication skills, consultative attitude, and customer focus. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with management systems. Main Responsibilities: * Provide consultative customer service, identifying needs and proposing appropriate technical solutions. * Monitor and guide workshop services, ensuring correct execution of repairs and maintenance. * Prepare detailed technical estimates, clearly explaining required services and delivery timelines to customers. * Provide technical support to mechanics’ teams when necessary. * Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and services in the company’s system. * Conduct follow-up with customers regarding service status and ensure post-service satisfaction. * Uphold quality, safety, and compliance with manufacturer standards. * Support diagnosis of complex truck failures using specialized tools and software.
