Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing technical vehicle deliveries, guiding customers, executing administrative routines, and meeting the expectations of Cometa Motocenter. Key Highlights: 1. Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer registration updates. 2. Perform technical vehicle deliveries and guide customers on vehicle usage and maintenance. 3. Support teams in customer service and insurance proposal issuance. Execute the vehicle delivery process with excellence: explain and guide the customer on product usage and periodic maintenance schedules, and complete the user manual accordingly. Carry out administrative routines in compliance with established procedures, contributing to achieving results and meeting predefined goals and deadlines. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Serve customers according to Cometa’s service standards; assist with registration updates and bill printing; clarify customer inquiries—both internal and external—regarding consortia, cash sales, installment purchases, financing, delivery, and related timelines. * Schedule and perform technical vehicle deliveries; guide customers on vehicle usage, operation, warranties, and periodic inspections; upload delivery photos and signed delivery documents into the system within 30 days. * Support dealership and sales point teams in customer service and insurance proposal issuance. * Assist with claim documentation and inspection, and submit them to the insurance company.
