Support in report preparation and information flow **Description** We are looking for an HR Assistant to work operationally and administratively within the department, ensuring organization, agility, and support for people management needs. The professional will assist with onboarding, timekeeping, benefits administration, employee support, and general HR tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** – Manage timekeeping (Ponto Ahgora). – Administer employee benefits. – Support report and spreadsheet preparation. – Provide employee assistance. – Perform supporting tasks for the department, facilitating information flow across areas. – Knowledge of labor calculations. – Familiarity with Totvs RM. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Completed high school education or a technical course in administration. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at intermediate to advanced level. – Document organization and archiving skills. – Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written. – Basic knowledge of accounting and finance. – Prior experience in administrative roles is considered a plus. – Ability to work collaboratively and proactively address requests. – Ability to handle high-volume workloads.
