




Job Summary: We are seeking a Squad Leader or Process and Product Manager to lead the development of a strategic Artificial Intelligence platform at a major hospital, working autonomously and connecting technical teams and stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced Squad Leader or Process and Product Manager to work at a major Brazilian hospital, leading the development of a strategic AI platform for the business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product and process initiatives with a high degree of autonomy, acting as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Your role will be essential in ensuring AI solutions deliver real value, are scalable, and align with the hospital’s needs. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence are critical, as you will lead discussions, influence decisions, and translate complex requirements into practical and efficient solutions.
