Improve internal processes and support tax audits **Description** The Tax Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the company correctly fulfills its tax obligations, guaranteeing compliance with current tax legislation. The role involves calculating, assessing, recording, and analyzing taxes, as well as supporting audits and improving internal processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** – Assess direct and indirect taxes, ensuring full compliance with current legislation. – Prepare and submit mandatory tax declarations within established deadlines. – Assist in preparing tax and accounting reports, analyzing information for tax control and planning. – Maintain updated records of tax documents, ensuring proper storage and organization. – Monitor tax legislation and identify changes that may impact company operations. – Support tax audits by providing requested information and documents to the responsible team. – Contribute to implementing improvements in tax processes, aiming to optimize and increase efficiency in departmental routines. – Experience with TOTVS, SAP, and other ERPs is desirable. – Procedures with the Federal Revenue Service, Commercial Registry, State Tax Authority (SEFAZ), Municipal Treasury, and SUFRAMA. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields. – Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation. – Proficiency in tax management software and ERP systems. – Proficiency in Excel or similar tools. – Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. – Organizational skills and proactivity. – Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly.
