**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Management and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Strategically manage the branch under your responsibility, promoting high team performance, ensuring operational and commercial excellence, mitigating risks, and guaranteeing sustainable results aligned with the cooperative's values. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate daily operational, administrative, and security activities of the branch. Control expenses, documents, and building maintenance. Ensure compliance with internal, legal, and regulatory requirements. Monitor operational risks and ensure adherence to AML/CFT policies. Supervise goals and key performance indicators, leading initiatives for member prospecting and retention. Approve credit transactions and manage portfolio delinquency. Lead, train, and develop the team. Participate in staff selection and performance monitoring. Implement operational improvements and support institutional strategic initiatives. **Requirements:** Education: Completed postgraduate degree Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years Mandatory Certification: CPA-20 Desired Certification: CEA **Required Technical Knowledge:** Microsoft Office – Intermediate Banking products and services – Advanced Branch security standards – Advanced Bank branch operational processes – Advanced Cash handling and cash/treasury reconciliation – Advanced Credit analysis and formalization – Advanced Central Bank regulations and banking legislation – Advanced Internal AML/CFT policies – Advanced People management – Advanced Performance indicator and goal management – Advanced Budget management and expense control – Advanced Information security policies and internal controls – Advanced Credit, market, and operational risk management – Advanced Commercial strategy development – Advanced Interpretation of audit reports and action plans – Advanced Crisis management and emergency protocols – Advanced **Benefits:** No benefits specified
