**JOB MISSION** Responsible for ensuring a positive customer service experience at the point of sale closure and supporting the execution of operational processes in the ER where they work, aiming to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, delighting customers, ensuring efficient payment and service operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Opening and closing the cash register; * Product registration; * Payment collection; * Issuance of fiscal invoices (NF); * Customer service. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in the field; * Knowledge of cosmetics (makeup and perfume) is desirable; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Strong communication skills and proactivity.
