Job Summary:
A professional responsible for assembling, disassembling, and maintaining diesel engine mechanical systems and vehicles, performing diagnostics and interpreting technical drawings.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Assemble and disassemble diesel engine mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, including transmissions, differentials, suspensions, brakes, and auxiliary systems;
* Assemble diesel engines after maintenance or overhaul, in accordance with the manufacturer's technical specifications;
* Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work orders;
* Perform adjustments, alignments, and re-torquing to ensure proper system operation;
* Conduct mechanical diagnostics and identify failures;
* Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring equipment;
* Comply with safety, environmental, and internal procedural standards;
* Maintain an organized workplace and take care of tools and equipment.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Incomplete elementary education or completed high school;
* Proven experience as an assembler or diesel mechanic;
* Knowledge of diesel engines and vehicle mechanical systems;
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals;
* Commitment, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
