Job Summary: We are looking for a technician to install and repair FTTH and FTTA networks, performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure service continuity and provide courteous customer service. That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Perform installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on installed services, resolving issues and ensuring service continuity; * Repair/correct service failures, including slow speed, Wi-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittent connections, etc.; * Remove cables and equipment from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Assess access feasibility for the commercial team; * Relocate equipment within the same residence (room-to-room relocation); * Relocate equipment to a different address upon customer request; * Perform upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when the customer changes their plan; * Install internal and external cable infrastructure and connections; * Test cables and optical fibers; * Configure telecommunications systems and, if necessary, escalate to technical support team; * Diagnose and resolve network issues; * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, clarifying doubts and advising on proper service usage; * Document and maintain records of network configurations; * Perform other duties related to the position, following manager instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per roster); * Valid and active Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications preferred; * Technical experience and familiarity with installation and repair procedures for telecommunications networks; **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (if enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on intranet * Tour House: 5% to 12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rate * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
