And that is where you come in. **Your Responsibilities** Receive maintenance requests generated via corrective maintenance notes in the SAP system; Analyze and prioritize tasks to maintain the integrity of machines, equipment, and factory facilities; Input new equipment information into the SAP maintenance system to establish preventive maintenance plans; Develop and update preventive maintenance plans together with technicians and enter them into the system; Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance services across all departments and work centers; Allocate resources (maintenance personnel, equipment, materials); Analyze warehouse stock levels and issue purchase requisitions when necessary; Track scheduled internal and external maintenance services to ensure execution according to schedule; Be responsible for administrative routines related to updating visible management indicators; Keep utility indicators up to date using consumption charts (water, electricity), signaling required actions; Interface with internal and external clients and suppliers; Issue reports comparing scheduled vs. completed maintenance orders, highlighting discrepancies; Support audits of requirements and standards. **Who We Are Looking For** Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. 1 year of experience in maintenance activity scheduling.
