ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Position: Administrative Assistant
Position Description:
Administrative Assistant to provide support for administrative routines, focusing on issuing invoices, customer service and relationship management, ensuring organization and efficiency in processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Issuing invoices (NF-e / NFS-e)
Customer data registration and updating
Customer service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp
Support for daily administrative routines
Document organization and control
Entering information into systems and spreadsheets
Support for finance and sales departments, as needed
Requirements:
Completed high school education
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Good communication skills and strong teamwork performance
Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
Advantages:
Previous experience in the administrative field
Knowledge of management systems (ERP)
Schedule and Benefits:
Monday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
