Maintain negotiation-related documentation properly signed, with original copies filed at the unit. * Responsible for supporting grain origination activities for portfolios of low-to-medium complexity/volume, by tracking orders and contracts from execution through final delivery, as well as performing administrative tasks and internal controls, thereby contributing to process efficiency, performance outcomes, and customer satisfaction. * Support daily monitoring of results across all regions by tracking and controlling established plans, verifying their progress and fulfillment of commitments made to customers and service delivery to ports, silos, factories, and transshipment points. * Support execution of customer support, keeping customers informed about processes, contract progress, and other matters, through internal document control and routing, communication, customer service, pending issue tracking, internal process deadline and due date management, information exchange and coordination with other departments to resolve or adjust any issues affecting demand fulfillment, monitoring from initiation through final product delivery. * Enter, track, and control information in the system, as well as monitor contract execution and other necessary documents arising from negotiations. * Support tracking of shipments and deliveries with Logistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet demand deadlines. * Maintain negotiation-related documentation properly signed, with original copies filed at the unit; monitor loading operations, financial forecasts, and payments. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
