**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.

* Identify business opportunities during interactions with existing or potential customers.
* Offer products and services according to each customer's needs.
* Market existing portfolio products and services, as well as perform other routine frontline customer service tasks.
* Prospect new customers and new business opportunities that benefit the cooperative, its customers, and the community.
* Manage the customer portfolio assigned to you.
* Support the branch manager in conducting processes.
* Provide personalized, high-quality service to customers within your portfolio.
* Expand customer engagement with the branch by seeking business opportunities aligned with each cooperative member's profile.
* Provide documentation for internal and external audit review upon request.
* Collect overdue payments: verify incidents, contact customers, seek solutions until process completion, positively contributing to business results.
* Assist customers in regularizing their debts.
* Formalize approved debt renegotiation proposals.
* Support management with information on outstanding debts eligible for legal action, per Internal Policy.
* Other related activities.
**Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Knowledge of cooperative financial institutions
* Knowledge of financial products and services
* Knowledge of sales techniques
* Knowledge of negotiation techniques
* Knowledge of financial mathematics
* ANBIMA CPA-10 certification
