Job Summary: Responsible for managing the mining production process, ensuring raw material supply, material procurement, workforce and equipment sizing, and guaranteeing achievement of industrial performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Mining production process management 2. Performance analysis of mobile and industrial equipment 3. Ensuring maintenance and production scheduling * Oversee the mining production process; * Monitor mine technical results to ensure raw material supply; * Guarantee supply of materials required to maintain production line flow; * Size work teams (planning, operations, and maintenance) and equipment; * Ensure achievement of industrial performance indicators; * Analyze performance of mining mobile and industrial equipment, defining preventive or corrective actions; * Ensure maintenance and production scheduling. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree; * Experience in Industrial Management.
