Our app developer will be responsible for building applications and prototypes to materialize the solutions our clients require. **Action Labs Profile** We focus on innovation. This means the final solution often differs from our initial assumptions. You must demonstrate great flexibility when working on projects whose requirements evolve throughout the development process, and proactively create innovative solutions for unforeseen challenges — all while keeping the project’s ultimate goal in focus. Our teams operate with significant autonomy, working independently and interacting asynchronously with other key collaborators — including clients. Therefore, it is essential that you possess strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teams across departments and understand diverse perspectives regarding the product. Finally, we seek individuals with a critical mindset toward their work — capable of articulating and defending their ideas coherently and substantively. **Your Main Activities / Responsibilities Will Include:** * Writing and optimizing code for improved performance, scalability, and speed; * Building reusable code and libraries for future use; * Ensuring the technical feasibility of planned features; * Taking ownership of the quality and functionality of implemented solutions. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Core Competencies:** * 2–4 years of experience in mobile application development — Flutter or native (iOS/Android) * Dart * Flutter * JSON * REST APIs * Git * App publishing process following official guidelines (AppStore and PlayStore) * Intermediate English proficiency * At least one published app in app stores * Experience consuming REST APIs * Object-oriented programming * Experience implementing notifications * Intermediate English proficiency. **Desirable Competencies:** * Experience with testing and analytics tools — Firebase Crashlytics, TestFlight/Google Beta * Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing * Native app development (Java/Kotlin/Swift/Objective-C) * Instrumentation testing * NoSQL databases (MongoDB) * Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Application monitoring **What We Expect From You:** * Proactive approach to solution design aligned with the project’s ultimate objective. * Ability to critically analyze projects you’re involved in and coherently and substantively defend your ideas; * Autonomy to work independently with asynchronous interactions across the team; * Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements; * Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across departments and appreciate diverse viewpoints on the project. **Benefits:** * CLT employment contract * Salary expectations * Annual bonus of up to 3 monthly salaries * Health insurance plan * Meal/food allowance * Transportation allowance * Study, training, and professional development stipend * Spotify and Amazon accounts #### **Interested?**
