**Job Details** * Employment type: CLT (Permanent) * Professional area: Commercial Administration/Sales, Psychology, Human Resources * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Salary: R$ 1\.685,00 * Work modality: On-site **Benefits** On-site meals \+ Transportation allowance **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver training sessions for company employees; * Ensure adherence to training schedules; * Monitor participation, attendance, and completion of training programs; * Support the identification of training needs across company departments; * Manage operational aspects of learning platforms, including: o User registration; o Class opening; o Access authorization; o Participation tracking; * Support the onboarding process for new employees; * Conduct knowledge assessments and monitor results; * Compile data and assist in preparing performance and learning reports; * Update internal records and track Checkout of Experience results; * Support the immediate supervisor in presenting departmental KPIs and results; * Actively participate in all training programs provided by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, People Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in training delivery, onboarding, team development, or administrative HR routines; * Strong public speaking and group facilitation skills; * Proficiency in record keeping, spreadsheets, reporting, and KPI tracking; Payment: R$1\.685,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
