Use data, relationship history, and internal tools to identify potential business opportunities. **Provide preliminary service to members to optimize time and experience** Conduct initial triage prior to full service, understanding the member’s request and directing them to the most suitable solution. Anticipate required information and documents to expedite processes. Provide clear guidance on digital channels to avoid unnecessary travel. **Operationalize the execution of new business transactions** Carry out practical steps to formalize business transactions, including system entries, document verification, contract registration, and validations. Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining security and compliance.
