





**Responsible for serving bipNET Telecom customers by providing support, clarifying doubts, registering requests, and offering solutions related to internet services and other services offered by the company, via telephone calls and messages.** **Main responsibilities:** * Answer customer calls and messages courteously and promptly. * Resolve basic technical issues (connection, signal, equipment). * Record interactions and forward requests to responsible departments. * Inform customers about plans, services, and commercial terms. * Perform customer retention activities when necessary. * Meet quality, average handling time, and satisfaction targets. * Conduct proactive or reactive telephone interactions, as required by the company. * Clarify customer questions regarding products, services, deadlines, and procedures.
