Job Summary: Safeguard property, site security, and people's safety, complying with laws and regulations, while performing access control and monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Spreadsheets). Main Responsibilities: Safeguard property, site security, and people's safety; compliance with laws and regulations. Monitor security cameras. Control access of people and vehicles. Workplace: Villagio Verde Condominium, located in the Argentina neighborhood. Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (12x36 shift schedule\). Remuneration: R$ 2\.020,35 VA (R$47.50/day) \+ Attendance bonus: 7%. Additional Attitudes: Polite, helpful, professional demeanor, proactive, firm composure.
