





We are seeking a Senior Martech Specialist for the Marketing Growth Hub. This professional will be responsible for structuring advanced measurement and data integration processes, connecting tools, platforms, and strategies—working in constant alignment with Data, Engineering, and Information Security teams to ensure governance, security, and continuous improvement of marketing outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Build, maintain, and automate strategic multichannel dashboards for performance monitoring and executive decision-making. * Develop and implement advanced attribution models covering conversion journeys and campaign impact. * Support testing (A/B, incremental, funnel) and growth squads with analytical, methodological, and statistically rigorous insights. * Standardize data routines and integrations, creating clear documentation for internal teams and partner departments. * Ensure an integrated and accurate view of the user journey—from acquisition through conversion, engagement, and retention. * Monitor key business metrics (MQL, PQL, Trials), translating data into actionable insights and recommendations. * Perform data integration and manipulation using SQL, Python, APIs, automation tools, and cloud platforms. * Lead marketing’s interface with Data, BI, Engineering, and Information Security teams—orchestrating shared backlogs, demands, projects, and priorities. * Explore AI and automation to optimize marketing processes. * Ensure compliance with best practices for security, privacy (e.g., LGPD), and data governance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Senior-level experience in Martech, Analytics, Data Science, or Growth (SaaS preferred). * Solid understanding of concepts such as MQL, PQL, and SQL. * Knowledge and expertise in analyzing SaaS metrics (MRR, NMRR, Booking, Churn, etc.). * Ability to build executive and tactical reports. * Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or similar). * Proficiency in Google Analytics. * Proficiency in SQL. * Proficiency in building and maintaining data pipelines. * Strong knowledge of Python and data process automation. * Experience integrating data across platforms via APIs and web scraping. * Hands-on experience in customer data analysis and modeling (RFV—Recency, Frequency, Value; LTV—Lifetime Value; DDA—Data-Driven Attribution; Incremental Revenue; Cohorts). * Familiarity with statistical programming languages for deeper, statistically grounded data analysis. * Practical experience with A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, and applied statistics. * Ability to document, standardize processes, and manage cross-departmental projects. * Strategic mindset toward metrics—translating analyses into business recommendations. * Prior experience in marketing. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience redesigning lead/user qualification metrics. * Projects involving CRM replacement, integration, or migration. * Advanced knowledge of AI applied to marketing. * Hands-on experience with tools such as Metabase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other Marketing/Product Analytics platforms. * Prior experience with CRM systems, customer data analysis, and analytical visualization/modeling tools. * Certifications in information security, LGPD, or compliance practices. * Prior experience or familiarity with the Scala programming language. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance or food allowance; Childcare assistance; Remote work allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Birthday day off; Life insurance; Wellhub; Férias&Co (travel benefit); Zenklub (psychotherapy/nutritional counseling); 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; Flexible working hours; Education assistance and language learning support.
