Your responsibilities will include: * Providing telephone support for modules related to Tax/Accounting Ledger and Payroll in the Domínio System * Ensuring clarity and accuracy in information provided to clients * Guaranteeing efficient support and problem resolution * Understanding the customer journey and the appropriate paths for each need presented * Acting as an intermediary for product change and correction requests * Practicing and promoting the organization's values and behaviors * Continuously updating knowledge on the evolution of solutions offered to customers and on current legislation in the area of responsibility. * **About You** About You * For this position, we seek candidates with the following Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in Tax/Accounting, Payroll, administrative routines, or customer service. * Degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Ability to work with goals and deliver results * Adaptability to work processes * Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree * Dental insurance * Childcare assistance * Medical insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Profit sharing
