




Job Summary: This role involves supporting the implementation of financial systems for customers, assisting with configurations, financial routine setup, and monitoring banking integrations. Key Highlights: 1. Support the implementation of financial systems for new customers 2. Assist in the configuration of financial routines 3. Monitor banking integrations and provide post-implementation support Responsibilities: * Support system implementation (Finance area) for new customers; * Assist with initial configurations, focusing on bank reconciliation and integrations with financial institutions; * Assist in configuring routines such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow; * Monitor banking integrations via CNAB, API, or other platform-specific methods; * Assist in conducting integration testing and support customers in validating information; * Provide support during go-live and the initial post-implementation period. * Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Business Management, or related fields; * Intermediate-level knowledge of financial routines; * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
