Join us!** Early-career professional responsible for providing initial user support, logging and triaging service tickets, and resolving simple IT issues at Brametal. ### **Responsibilities** * First-level support to employees (in-person, phone, or system). * Logging, categorizing, and prioritizing service requests. * Basic support for Windows, Office suite, and corporate tools. * Password resets, account unlocks, and access support. * Simple configuration of computers, printers, and peripherals. * Basic network support: cable, port, Wi\-Fi validation, etc. * Monitoring tickets until resolution or escalation. * Adherence to Brametal's IT processes, SLAs, and policies. ### **Requirements** * Technical degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Office suite, Windows, and hardware. * Good communication skills and customer service attitude. * Previous experience in Service Desk or local support is desirable.
