Responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including internal and external sourcing, interviews, and assessments. Monitor the performance evaluation cycle, ensuring communication, deadlines, leadership support, and consolidation of results. Support and execute organizational climate surveys, contributing to employee engagement, data analysis, and action plan development. Assist in Training & Development routines, including learning paths, events, and LNT (Learning Needs Training). Conduct exit interviews, consolidate information, and generate insights for retention and organizational climate. Support maintenance of the job classification and compensation structure and participate in job description reviews. Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of the HR function. Lead onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a welcoming experience and alignment with company culture. Maintain and update HR metrics and controls (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.). Provide general support to HR management. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience administering psychological and/or behavioral assessments.
