





**About the position** We are looking for a **Mid-Level Marketing Analyst** to develop and execute marketing strategies focused on the **B2B technology services segment**. The professional will be responsible for strengthening the brand, generating value for our customers, and supporting the company's sustainable growth. **Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns for the B2B sector; * Manage and produce strategic content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other channels; * Support the creation of graphic and institutional materials in collaboration with the design team; * Perform metric analysis and campaign performance reports, proposing continuous improvements; * Manage paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads); * Develop inbound marketing strategies and lead nurturing; * Monitor technology market trends and propose actions for brand positioning; * Support the organization of corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * **Proven experience in marketing for technology service companies (B2B);** * Proficiency in social media, Google Analytics, SEO, and marketing automation tools; * Strong writing and communication skills; * Skills with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator will be a plus). **Desired Profile** * Proactivity and creativity; * Analytical ability to interpret metrics and results; * Organization and attention to deadlines; Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: from BRL 2,535.46 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance
