





### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Perform administrative and financial routines (accounts payable and receivable, system entries, cash flow control and report generation); * Issue and monitor Service Orders (S.O.) for technical service, according to registered incidents; * Control stocks of materials and equipment, performing requests, returns and monthly audits; * Support sales and service installation processes by registering customers, issuing contracts and monitoring authorizations; * Collect payments from delinquent customers, recording actions taken and informing management when necessary; * Organize documents, schedules, spreadsheets and reports, keeping the information flow updated with headquarters; * Assist in customer cancellation processes, equipment control and contract closures. \*People with disabilities are considered in all our opportunities.\* ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Age: 18 years or older; * Education: Completed High School (technical course or higher education in Administration, Accounting or related fields is desirable). * Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of administrative routines. ### **BENEFITS** Health Insurance (Medical and Dental) Food Voucher Transportation Allowance ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT #### **Dear candidate, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your application data and information will be shared with Talentbrand and will be available to the hiring company.**
