Have you ever considered joining the construction company ranked among the top 20 in Brazil—certified by GPTW and featured in the INTEC Brasil ranking?! **Your Responsibilities:** * Perform workplace cleaning; maintain windows and façades; clean premises and accessories. * Safeguard, maintain, preserve, and clean tools, instruments, and materials. * Ensure your own safety and that of others. * Follow procedures and work instructions for each assigned task. * Conduct post-rough and post-finish construction cleaning (removing mortar, plaster, and other residues from apartments—including walls, floors, ceilings/ceilings, sanitary ware, and other fixtures), preparing the property for checklist services and for unit readiness prior to customer inspection and handover. * Use cleaning materials (disinfectants, wax, general-purpose removers, soaps, etc.) and specific equipment (brooms, mops, etc.): dust furniture, sweep floors, clean or wash windows and glass surfaces, empty trash bins, sanitize restrooms, and replenish supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). * Occasionally assist with minor general support tasks—such as helping organize the site, cleaning after maintenance activities, providing basic assistance during finishing work, and offering fundamental support in various activities—all under supervision. **What We Seek:** ⦁ Primary education; ⦁ Relevant work experience.
