





* ### **Job Description** Main Responsibilities Plan and execute online sales strategy, aligned with the company's business and marketing objectives. Coordinate daily e\-commerce operations: product listings, website updates, pricing, inventory, and promotions. Manage the virtual store's performance, ensuring usability, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Monitor performance indicators (revenue, average order value, conversion rate, CAC, ROI, among others). Coordinate promotional campaigns and digital marketing actions together with creative and performance teams. Supervise the order fulfillment process — from purchase to delivery — ensuring speed and quality in service. Track market trends and propose continuous improvements to operations. Establish relationships with marketplaces and logistics partners. Lead and develop the e\-commerce team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related fields. Proven experience in e\-commerce management, preferably in the fashion/apparel sector. Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms and ERP systems (TOTVS Moda or similar preferred). Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, paid media, and conversion funnels. Knowledge of SEO, UX, and analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics).
