Position: Environmental Analyst Area: Occupational Safety Workload: 220 hours per month Main Responsibilities: * Advise the company on the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of environmental management, under the coordination of the Occupational Safety and Environment department manager; * Advise the company on compliance with environmental legal requirements; * Assist the company in obtaining environmental licenses from federal, state, and municipal environmental agencies; * Inspect company departments, facilities, and equipment, observing working conditions, identifying environmental aspects and impacts, establishing control standards, and proposing modifications to eliminate or reduce environmental impacts; * Issue waste shipment manifests and control total waste generated and inputs consumed based on data provided by other involved departments; * Prepare reports on environmental conditions; * Collect and manage monthly data on waste management, water treatment and quality, liquid effluents, and others, for reporting to ACSC Corporate and environmental agencies; * Organize meetings of the Healthcare Services Waste Management Committee (CGRSS) and ensure information is gathered and shared with committee members; * Deliver lectures and training sessions, as well as organize events to educate employees (new and current) on environmental regulations, environmental education, selective waste collection, and other environmental management procedures aimed at preventing environmental impacts; * Maintain updated records and assist in the implementation and effectiveness of programs mandated by law, Ministry directives, and federal, state, and municipal agencies related to the Environment; * Interact with federal, state, and municipal environmental agencies to meet legal requirements and obtain licenses and certifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Technologist in Environmental Management At least 1 year of experience in the field Desired Profile: Effective communication, teamwork, proactivity, critical thinking and problem solving, time management and organization Minimum Education Level: Technical Degree * Meal allowance * On-site meal * University discounts * Gympass * Transportation allowance * Dental care * Health insurance
