Job Summary To support our exceptional teams that build outstanding products and drive our growth, we are seeking a Systems Analyst III to join our team in Manaus. Reporting to the Technology Manager, the Systems Analyst III role involves... Key day\-to\-day responsibilities: * Provide technical leadership and independently define the functional scope of software projects of varying complexity, estimating material and personnel (hours) resources, specifying functionalities, analyzing and understanding client requirements, proposing technological alternatives, and documenting use cases — all to technically support the commercial and project teams in preparing proposals aligned with client needs and established technical standards. * Generate system development documentation detailing functional and non\-functional requirements and business rules, creating application diagrams (e.g., use case diagrams), specifying service quality requirements, maintaining information confidentiality, and applying the FIT specification standard — to document client\-requested functionalities and requirements. * Monitor processes across the software development and/or maintenance lifecycle, interacting with clients, analyzing and evaluating needs, tracking development team activities, and supporting the team in clarifying technical questions. * Identify project risks and emerging needs by conducting feasibility studies and documenting requirements for new features — to help identify potential risks and new business opportunities. * Collaborate with project partners, monitoring progress of contracted work, resolving technical queries, providing technical guidance, and validating technical deliverables. * Research and select the most suitable technological resources for the project under development, considering factors such as cost, ease of acquisition, lifespan, and technological characteristics. * Provide technical support to end users and the client’s Information Technology team during the solution’s warranty period. * Act as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to peers. Required experience to strengthen our team: * Bachelor’s degree in Data Processing, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or other related fields in Information Technology or Computing. * Requirements Analysis (Process Modeling and Architecture). * Business Processes. * Software Development Quality. * Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, etc.). * Enterprise Architect (EA) tool. * Systems Documentation Methodology (UML standard). * Project Management Techniques (PMBOK). * Advanced English. Desirable: * Corporate Systems (ERPs). * Internet (Web) Environment — operation and development. * Mobile Environment — operation and development. * Communication Technologies (protocols, networks, infrastructure). * Relational Database (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). * Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). * Software Design Patterns (Design Patterns — Elements of Reusable Object\-Oriented Software). * Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT). * Systems Development Techniques (e.g., XP, RUP, Scrum). * Communication Technologies (protocols, networks, infrastructure).
