The Closure Intern supports the closure workflow for construction and maintenance projects carried out on electrical distribution networks, assisting the team with document control, evidence organization, system updates, and operational support. All activities are performed under direct supervision of assistants, analysts, or supervisors, with a focus on learning, technical development, and administrative support. Key responsibilities include: Supporting preliminary analyses of projects undergoing closure; Assisting in formatting lists of materials used and labor deployed; Organizing evidence and documents within closure folders; Assisting in preparing As-Built documentation under guidance from the responsible technical officer; Collecting and verifying evidence submitted by field teams; Supporting issuance of simple pending items to field teams; Assisting in service registration and status updates within the management system; Supporting the team in reviewing feasibility inspections; Assisting in drafting simple operational documents (lists, tables, spreadsheets); Supporting completion of control forms and basic reports; Supporting the team in organizing and archiving documents digitally and physically.
