INTERNSHIP

The Intern is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to coordinators and supervisors, ensuring that the base's administrative processes run in an organized, agile, and compliant manner according to company standards. The role involves monitoring performance indicators, mobilizing teams, updating spreadsheets and systems, supporting internal employees and clients, and assisting with material management and vehicle logistics. Key responsibilities: 1\. Record departure times from the base and prepare daily, cumulative, and revenue trend productivity reports. 2\. Receive and assist employees by responding to emails and messages, and scheduling meetings, interviews, and team appointments. 3\. Organize, update, and maintain administrative documents such as shift notifications, meeting minutes, expectation alignment records, and time-off justifications. 4\. Assist in mobilizing employees and training groups, including truck and pickup truck presentation and release procedures. 5\. Keep team records updated in Excel and the GPM system, ensuring data accuracy. 6\. Request PPE/collective protective equipment (CPE) materials based on supervisor-submitted needs and monitor distribution. 7\. Track checklists and non-conformance resolutions in GPM, reporting status updates to coordinators. 8\. Deliver photo reports, align group production spreadsheets, and monitor operational performance indicators. 9\. Monitor production line performance by measuring services performed and reporting daily results to management and clients. 10\. Control material distribution and request replenishments when necessary. 11\. Support shift release procedures, ensuring all employees have required documentation and conditions to begin activities. 12\. Assist with administrative and operational requests, ensuring deadlines are met and information provided to management is accurate and high-quality. RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: • Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies preferred). • Experience with administrative routines, Excel spreadsheets, and team management systems (GPM or equivalent). • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
