Ensure implementation of and compliance with company-defined strategies and guidelines, providing up-to-date scientific and technical information to support the correct and safe use of products. Contribute to strengthening the company’s image and achieving pre-established commercial and institutional objectives, always maintaining a focus on excellence in service delivery and adherence to industry regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct medical visits according to the predetermined quantity and frequency outlined in the visit schedule to ensure effective promotion of company products. * Serve as a reference point for compliance with all administrative policies and routines defined for the commercial area, as well as sales and marketing strategies. * Accurately and systematically record information about conducted medical visits in the system, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality fieldwork. * Proactively adjust, plan, and optimize your physician panel to meet the visitation objectives set by the company. * Visit points of sale and seek new partners, while collecting and analyzing pharmacy sales reports to ensure appropriate stock levels and timely restocking of company products. * Achieve sales targets and other performance indicators established by the company. * Plan and organize additional medical visits to identify new opportunities for product sales growth. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed. * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable. * Experience in Cardiology and Endocrinology will be considered an advantage. **Personal Profile:** * Empathy, enthusiasm, conviction, flexibility * Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities * Willingness to travel domestically **Territory:** Itabuna, Santo Antônio de Jesus, and Porto Seguro Candidate Profile Whatever your area of expertise, your work within the Servier Group helps advance therapeutic progress for the benefit of patients.
