RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises the production output of field teams under its leadership, delivering billing results as planned; performs daily monitoring of all its teams—including team departures—as well as planning and monitoring of its group of teams, whereby it shall: - Submit reports to management and end clients regarding routine execution of projects, services, activities, or targets; manage departmental performance indicators; - Train teams to perform tasks within scheduled timeframes and with quality assurance; - Interact with other departments to ensure executed tasks are properly closed out financially, thereby safeguarding the company’s financial health; - Review, adjust, and correct the organization and execution of team activities together with field teams and their operational leaders; - Request and schedule required inputs, materials, or resources needed for activity execution; - Measure and control team productivity to achieve team- and group-level targets; - Identify operational bottlenecks and propose alternative solutions to overcome challenges, suggesting process improvements, operational procedures, and contingency actions; - Execute daily, weekly, and monthly service packages; - Coordinate with teams and subordinates regarding fleet requirements, maintenance needs, and team shift scheduling; - Manage conflicts; - Schedule onboarding and release of new teams or personnel. .3. RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: - Completed secondary education; - Technical training in electrical engineering; - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields is desirable; - Training courses in distribution networks and live-line work; - Minimum 3 years’ experience as a team leader, team inspector, or team services administrator involving energized systems; - Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); - Willingness and availability to travel;
