




Understand member needs and, with the help of technology, interpret and generate insights from member data, suggesting the best financial solutions. **Responsibilities and duties** **Financial consultant:** Based on portfolio data, engage members with financial solutions, assessing their suitability for their current life stage. Support members in making decisions about financial products and services, creating financial strategies and generating positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates; **Member portfolio manager:** Be responsible for managing and developing individual (PF) member portfolios, following the established commercial schedule, presenting financial solutions tailored to member needs, selling products and services aligned with set targets, aiming to achieve the strategic planning goals of the segment; **Prospecting:** Prospect new members and business opportunities by understanding the member's industry, debt levels, conducting visits to develop new business and strengthen relationships with members (focus on PF); **Service channels:** Facilitate member interaction with self-service and automated service channels, promoting agility and guiding members toward digital solutions. Provide guidance to help members make better use of available products and technology; **Transactional activities:** Monitor portfolio debt levels and implement measures to address delinquency, minimizing costs and legal involvement. Perform member data registration and updates; **Onboarding:** Onboard new members by explaining Sicredi, answering questions, and fostering engagement with cooperative values; **Financial transactions:** Occasionally and as needed, perform financial transactions such as payments, collections, and transfers; **Technical support:** Contribute to colleagues' functional development by providing technical support in system usage and necessary activities to support the portfolio, ensuring member satisfaction and achievement of portfolio goals. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (in finance, administration or related fields); * 2 years of experience managing portfolios at financial institutions; * Knowledge of financial products and services; * CPA 10 or CPA 20 certification is a requirement in our selection processes. **Nice to meet you, we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago, as Brazil’s first financial cooperative.
