**Responsibilities:** * Supervise technical teams responsible for the **installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems**. * Monitor system implementation, mechanical installation, and commissioning, including **VRF**. * Ensure installations are carried out with care, quality, and in accordance with project specifications. * Organize work fronts on **metro-railway construction sites and McDonald’s units**. * Control materials, tools, and installation schedules. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and customer requirements. **Requirements:** * ✅ **Proven experience** in refrigeration/air conditioning. * ✅ **Knowledge of VRF systems**, including: * ✅ Implementation / Mechanical installation * ✅ Experience installing air conditioning equipment. * ✅ Experience in air conditioning. * ✅ Ability to work with measurements (m, cm, mm, etc.). * ✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * ✅ Experience installing supports and drilling walls. * ✅ Thorough knowledge of **refrigeration tools**. * ✅ Experience in leadership or supervision of technical teams. * ✅ Availability to work on construction sites. **Advantages:** * Experience on metro-railway construction projects. * Experience installing systems for fast-food chains.
