Operating topographic equipment and interfacing with engineers Job Description Execute, control, and monitor topographic surveying services on earthwork projects, ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with project specifications, deadlines, and established technical standards. Main Responsibilities * Perform planimetric and altimetric topographic surveys. * Carry out construction layout (centerlines, stakes, elevations, cuts, and fills). * Monitor earthwork execution in the field. * Verify elevations, alignments, slopes, and volumes of earth movement. * Calculate cut and fill volumes for control and measurement purposes. * Prepare reports, sketches, and topographic drawings. * Support operational teams and interface with site engineers. * Operate topographic equipment (total station, GPS/GNSS, level, etc.). * Maintain and calibrate equipment. * Comply with and promote safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Requirements * Technical education in **Surveying** or related fields. * Proven experience in **earthwork projects**. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings. * Proficiency in operating topographic equipment. * Availability to work on-site.
