We are seeking a **Procurement Assistant** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register suppliers upon request from Buyers, following internal procedures, and make supplier data available for consultation. * Support various departments in low- and medium-complexity procurement processes, identifying potential suppliers and requesting quotations according to company procedures and policies. * Input closed-business information into the system, create purchase orders, and request approvals. * Generate, update, and verify reports as required and per established routines.
