




Description: * Higher education degree in Veterinary Medicine or Technical training in Administration, Quality Engineering, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields. * Availability to work night shifts (4:24 PM to 2:12 AM). * Monitor and implement guidance provided by regulatory agencies’ documentation, internal procedures, and self-control programs. * Technically monitor and verify tools used for food safety, both in the production process and in meeting quality requirements. * Generate, update, and review data reports according to established needs and routines. * Conduct various training sessions related to the quality area, either practical or theoretical. * Monitor compliance with external market requirements through documentation and on-site analyses. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 4:24 PM to 2:12 AM 2512060202191907662
