Continuous pursuit of process improvement and customer satisfaction #### **About the position:** * Supervises and oversees the store's restocking team activities to ensure excellent customer service; verifies store cleanliness and checks inventory, receiving, restocking, pricing, and product organization on shelves. #### **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Technical knowledge of supermarket product display and restocking is a plus; * People management and leadership skills; * Customer service and sales experience. #### **Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous customer service in accordance with the company's mandatory 5-star service standards; * Maintain good working relationships with team members, staff from other departments, and superiors; * Maintain personal appearance and hygiene; * Ensure proper care of all equipment, tools, and machinery both inside and outside the workplace; * Record attendance at times specified by the company; * Comply with internal Occupational Health and Safety procedures; * Comply with regulations and standards required by supervisory authorities; * Ensure alignment of the front-line restocking team with business strategy and adherence to processes, contributing to service quality and achievement of store targets; * Maintain the store’s competitive edge through service quality and innovation; * Guarantee service quality delivered by respective teams; lead people management in attraction, retention, maintenance, development, and qualification; * Ensure team compliance with company policies, monitoring discipline, hygiene, and employee procedures; * Continuously pursue continuous process improvement by monitoring KPIs, addressing identified issues, and sharing and validating proposed initiatives with managers; * Listen to customers and employees to resolve their issues, keeping Human Resources informed; * Inform senior management of customer suggestions and complaints; * Inspect pallet organization, direct them to correct aisles (recording information to be relayed to the Assistant Manager), and take corrective action when abnormalities are detected; * Coordinate section activities and distribute tasks among staff; * Monitor product display, pricing, coding, and PVPS to ensure products are sold in perfect condition; * Coordinate extra display points, gondola ends, islands, and stacks; * Verify product placement, layout, shelf height, and market trends; * Check product prices to prevent discrepancies that may inconvenience customers; * Monitor price signs and labels, verifying their placement and visibility; * Control out-of-stock items by reviewing reports and shelves, arranging restocking as needed; for new products, notify the commercial department; * Inform the Assistant Manager/Manager about out-of-stock items and arrange restocking; * Conduct nightly audits and leave findings for the Assistant Manager/Manager to review and take necessary actions; * Supervise shelf cleaning and organization; * Ensure maximum quality and productivity in the restocking department, aiming for customer satisfaction and company profitability; * Monitor expiration date lists and inform the Manager/Assistant Manager when products are unlikely to sell before expiry, enabling timely action; * Jointly manage product damages (expired/damaged goods) with the team and warehouse department, consistently maintaining damage rates below the target; * Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisors; * Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures, taking responsibility for service and information quality, timeliness, reliability, and performance. * Monitor overnight restocking on shelves, informing the Assistant Manager/Manager of missing items to guarantee store opening fully stocked and ready to serve customers. * Work in compliance with technical and quality standards, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation requirements. #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Performance-based bonuses; * Discounts with distance learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals. #### **Work Schedule:** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off
