We are looking for a **Tax Assistant I** **Responsibilities and duties** * Issue and register service, sales, and purchase tax documents according to internal procedures, informing the Finance department of payments to be made. * Verify entries of NF (invoices) issued by third parties according to internal procedures, ensuring accuracy in the registration process and compliance with legislation. * Control and archive NF (invoices) in accordance with internal procedures and tax regulations. * Arrange corrections of tax documents to meet department requirements and comply with current legislation. Workplace: Administrative office in Divinópolis Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Requirements and qualifications** * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting. * Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
