**Responsibilities:** * Supervise production planning, scheduling, and control activities, ensuring balance between demand, production capacity, and available resources. * Develop and monitor the master production schedule (MPS), ensuring timely fulfillment and product availability according to business needs. * Monitor department performance indicators (OTD, service level, lead time, inventory accuracy and efficiency). * Analyze sales forecasts and material consumption, aligning production planning with procurement, logistics, and sales departments. * Manage inventory control of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods, optimizing turnover and preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Support industrial management in continuous improvement projects, process standardization, and productivity enhancement. * Lead the PPCP team, promoting organization, technical development, and systemic thinking. * Prepare management reports and analyses, providing strategic support for decision-making. **Requirements:** * Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related fields. * Previous experience in PPCP, with proficiency in production planning and control routines. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and integrated management systems (ERP/MRP). * Understanding of industrial performance metrics and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.). * Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and good interpersonal communication. * Prior people management experience will be considered a plus.
