To best deliver our purpose, we count on a collaborative, innovative, and responsible team that develops our portfolio of brands, such as Sunless, Sanavita, and Negra Rosa, making our care journey reach millions of Brazilian households. **Main Scope:** Responsible for analyzing and reconciling inventory accounts, ensuring the accuracy of information related to stored items. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and audit the company's cyclic and general inventories; Reconcile information generated by departments during inventories; Support departments throughout the entire inventory process, creating schedules and monitoring actions and demands; Create and monitor inventory performance indicators; Generate necessary information to support audits regarding inventory, stock levels, and inventory adjustments; Support departments in controlling inventory held by third parties; Issue loss invoices and perform inventory adjustments as required; Generate inventory and material movement data for products controlled by the Federal Police and send it to the department responsible for submitting the monthly report; Generate information and submit the monthly IBGE report; Monitor inventory of products controlled by the Army and archive monthly collected information; Meet accounting closing deadlines regarding inventory and inventory demands; Provide accounting support, when necessary, to other departments on matters related to inventories, inventory adjustments, loss invoices, and stock adjustments; Perform reconciliation of all material inventory accounts and document it with supporting documentation; Support other activities inherent to the accounting area; Monitor routines related to the department and propose process improvements. **Education:** * Completed bachelor's degree in accounting, with active CRC. * Preferably pursuing postgraduate studies in related fields. **Experience / Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Office Suite. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field is desirable. **WHO WE ARE** We are one of the largest personal care and beauty companies in Brazil, featuring brands that combine quality and accessibility, such as Farmax, Sunless, Sanavita, and Negra Rosa.
