




**Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store food supplies, cleaning materials, and utensils according to company standards. * Monitor product expiration dates, storage conditions, and stock rotation. * Conduct periodic inventories and maintain an organized and clean stockroom. * Record incoming and outgoing items in a system or spreadsheet, ensuring data accuracy. * Support the picking of items for production and shipping according to daily demand. * Report discrepancies, losses, or damages to immediate supervision. **Requirements:** * Basic computer literacy. * Knowledge of food safety and good storage practices. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as an inventory clerk, preferably in industrial kitchens, restaurants, or food warehouses. * Experience managing inventory in high-volume supply environments. * Proactivity and strong communication skills with the production team.
