**Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and guide the operational team in receiving, picking, checking, shipping, and transporting goods; * Monitor and ensure achievement of productivity, accuracy, and cycle time targets; * Assign tasks, manage attendance records, and oversee shift scheduling; * Support training and development of department employees; * Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and organization standards (5S); * Assist direct management in performance indicator analysis and daily results reporting; * Act as a communication liaison between the operational team and supervision; * Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute practical solutions.
