Training and capacity-building programs Refracont is a company located in Juatuba/MG, specializing in the manufacture of ceramic fiber blankets, and we are seeking a professional to work as \*Production Assistant\*. Job Responsibilities: Work directly on the production line, supporting product manufacturing and assembly stages; Feed machines and organize work materials; Perform cleaning, organization, and basic departmental maintenance; Contribute to smooth production operations and achievement of daily targets; Once per month, gather the team to perform furnace shutdown, following the company's safety regulations. Working Hours: 2x2 shift schedule with rotating shifts, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
