We are looking for a **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST** to join our team! **Main responsibilities:** * Fully conduct recruitment processes as positions become available, including: defining job profiles, posting vacancies, resume screening, competency-based interviews, assessments (psychological, behavioral, and technical) relevant to the role's requirements; candidate evaluation reports. * Support the Human Resources department in meeting established performance indicators; * Lead and support training and development programs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience handling high-volume recruitment is desirable; * Availability to work on-site in Carmo do Cajuru. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday from 06:45 AM to 04:45 PM and Friday from 06:45 AM to 03:45 PM.
