We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our rapidly growing team. We are an e\-commerce company seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to play a vital role in our business success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing and labeling all packages, as well as efficiently organizing inventory. Responsibilities: * Pack and label all packages correctly according to established guidelines. * Conduct item verification to ensure accuracy of products shipped to customers. * Process and complete merchandise returns within the timeframe stipulated by the platform. * Organize inventory efficiently, keeping it clean, orderly, and easily accessible. * Monitor inventory levels and regularly communicate with the team to ensure proper product restocking. * Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries. Requirements: * Prior experience in packaging, labeling, and inventory organization, preferably in an e\-commerce environment. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. * Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines. * Proactivity and ability to handle high-demand situations while remaining calm and efficient. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Physical capability to lift and carry packages of varying sizes and weights.
