The beauty of what unites us. **Summary:** Support the CRM team with essential tasks required to carry out the department’s daily operations. **Responsibilities:** * Drafting and validating briefs for communication materials with the Design team; * Supporting the development of ad-hoc reports related to campaigns launched by the department; * Drafting and validating gift mechanics for channels (email marketing and/or push notifications—app). * Monitoring and updating the monthly action calendar for promoting brand and product launches, institutional initiatives, and other activities. * Internal team meetings to validate visibility-related information. **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of Digital Marketing; Basic knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (a plus) * Here you’ll find: * A community where authenticity is valued and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit. * A culture of empowerment and growth that provides tools, space, and opportunities to learn, innovate, and lead.
